Google's speakers are keenly priced to begin with, but there are still savings to be had. Many of them finish today, so don't dawdle. I've covered the best deals on Google's smart home and Pixel machines earlier in the Black Friday season but these are the offers that are running now and haven' sold out. Yet. Google Pixel 3 XL Review 2018

Google Pixel 3 XL Review 2018

Google Pixel 3 XL Design Let’s start from the bottom and work our way up. At the base of the Pixel 3 XL, there’s a nano-sim tray and a USB-C port — but no headphone jack. Head up the phone, and you’ll find the microphone/speaker grille along the bottom-front bezel. The grille is long, running to about a third of the width of the overall phone, but it’s slim, so it’s not too too large for its own good. The bottom bezel isn’t huge, but isn’t as slim as, say, a Samsung S9 or iPhone XS. Round the back, you’ve got a long, matte-finished pane of glass. We tried the ‘Clearly White’ version, and it looks and feels excellent – especially when compared to the slippery glass rears on Apple’s recent iPhones. Round the front, you’ve got the 6.3-inch OLED display. It has a Quad-HD+ resolution (2960×

Walmart's iPhone XS Black Friday deals 2018.Walmart Google is clearly keen to offload some Pixel units because its 2018 Black Friday deals are the biggest discount I’ve seen from the Search giant. Apple, meanwhile, remains true to form with few discounts coming directly from the iPhone maker, but the big retailers have a few deals up their sleeves. Google Pixel 3 & Pixel 3XL For those of you who prefer to buy a smartphone without a contract (which I recommend), Google is offering direct discounts on both of its latest devices: the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. Right now Google is offering up to 50% off either Pixel 3 if two are purchased. There’s also a square £40 off on the UK Google store if either device is bought. It looks like the US store will

As the clock ticks towards this week's big price cut bonanza, Google has plenty of discounts on its own site for products including the just-released Home Hub and Pixel 3 smartphones. Other stores are matching prices. Here are the offers to look out for. [This is a very brief review focused on the display.] With the new 6.3-inch Pixel ($899), Google got the OLED display right. This time ditching the Pixel 2 XL's muted colors and blue tint. That makes for an almost perfect phone. The original sin I had the Pixel 2 XL from day one. Many (if not all) of the initial Pixel 2 XLs were marred by an inferior OLED display, courtesy of supplier LG Display. I had two Pixel 2 XLs with awful screens, i.e., muted colors and excessive blue shift (aka, a blue tint) -

Julian Chokkatu/Digital Trends There’s never any shortage of ways to get rid of your old smartphone —  especially if it’s in good condition. You could trade it in at a carrier, sell it on eBay, or find a third-party buyer. But the key question is: How can you get the highest value possible? While selling your Pixel or Pixel 2 can significantly offset the cost of a new device (the new $799 Pixel 3, for instance), it’s hard to know what route to choose. Options like selling it directly to a buyer might seem a little risky, while trading in a device may not provide you with the highest payout. It’s all a bit overwhelming and time-consuming. Thankfully, we’re here to help with that. Below is a comprehensive guide to selling your Pixel or Pixel 2, as well as how much you can expect to

Two years of Google selling "Pixel" branded versions of HTC and LG handsets have done nothing to arrest the slide that both Android licensees are seeing in their mobile sales. However, the former Windows Mobile contract manufacturer hasn't fared so well since. Google's last two years of HTC-built Pixels have done nothing to help the struggling company. After its initial work with HTC, Google moved on to partner with Samsu...
